You understand that you must obtain your own Internet connection in order to use the Services. We do not control your Internet access or the quality of your Internet connection.

Scope of Services:

You may initiate the Services via a request for Home Visit, Telephone, via the Site, or other means made available by besttechsupportus. besttechsupportus.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to answer your technology question and resolve your technology problem. besttechsupportus may provide certain portions of the Services via Home Visit, Online or e-mail. We may set forth limits to the technology we support. Certain Services may have minimum system requirements. besttechsupportus Services may include Services that are available on a one-time basis, for a fee (“Incidental Services”); as well as subscription Services, which are an entitlement to more than one Service over a period of time, for a recurring fee (“Individuals, “).

These rights are valid & protected in all forms, media, and technologies, existing now or developed in the future. Except as expressly authorized or licensed, you may not copy, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, or transmit; participate in the transfer or sale, lease or rental of; or create derivative works from or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part. Subscription Services, Refunds, Service Upgrades: Subscription Services:

besttechsupportus offers multiple subscription services, which entitles you to access our technical support agents for the duration of the contract. On your purchase of service, you are entitled to support for the number of devices for which support has been purchased.

Incidental Services:

besttechsupportus offers incident-based services, which entitles you to access our technical support agents for the number of incident/incident’s specified in the contract.

Mode of Support:

We will seek your consent for establishing the connection and taking control of your machines. You agree that the remote session may be monitored or recorded during the session. In case your computer is not able to connect to the internet or our support center we would be providing you with instructions on fixing your computer orally. You agree that you would follow the instructions provided by our technical support associates and work with the associate till he/ she is able to establish network connectivity. At no time we would provide an in-house visit to rectify or repair your computer. Please Note: Subscription/Incidents Plans are based on per computer basis not on peripherals.

Software Covered:

Only popular software that are used by a user in daily work is covered under the technical support service, this includes specific Windows Operating Systems manufactured by Microsoft such as Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000, various versions of Microsoft Office such as 2010, 2007, 2003, XP, 2000, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint is covered. Some e-mail clients including Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Live Mail, Eudora, and Thunderbird are covered under this agreement. Some Anti-Virus programs such as McAfee, Norton Ant-Virus, Kaspersky and AVG are covered. Web browser Internet Explorer, Mozilla, and Chrome are covered under the agreement All Other Software is covered under best effort basis unless confirmed to you separately. We provide no warranties for any software and same shall be covered by their respective manufacturers and you agree to comply with their End User’s License Agreement.

Hardware and Peripherals:

You agree that no hardware issues with your computer, device or peripherals are covered under this agreement. If any hardware issue is reported it would be your responsibility to get the same rectified at your expense. besttechsupportus does not provide any express or other warranties for any hardware issues in your computer or peripherals.

Virus & Data Loss:

You agree to indemnify besttechsupportus for any data loss arising due to the presence of virus or malware in your computer. besttechsupportus technical associate would make all efforts to remove the virus, malware, Trojans, adware and other malicious applications from your computer. However, the data loss, theft caused by such software is outside the preview of this agreement and besttechsupportus would not be responsible for any such occurrences. In case your machine has been corrupted because of malfunctioning of the operating system, software applications and or any other reason and needs to be formatted, you agree to indemnify besttechsupportus against any data loss that may occur in their period. Ensuring that data on the machine is backed up would be your sole responsibility. besttechsupportus would not be responsible for any data loss that may occur during such an operation.

Resolution Time:

You agree that the subscription service that you purchase promises to solve your technical issues within the stipulated time. However some of the issues maybe because of manufacturing defects in your hardware and or software and or your network service provider which prevents speedy resolution of your problem. This may cause delays in resolutions and a permanent solution may not be a viable option in such a situation. besttechsupportus would make every effort to contact the respective manufacturer to seek a resolution to pending issues, however, the time frame for resolution of these issues is not defined. besttechsupportus cannot be held responsible if your technical issue is deemed to occur due to manufacturing defects in your hardware and or software or network service provider.

Cancellation & Refund of Services:

You may cancel the Services at any time by providing besttechsupportus with a notice of your intent to cancel your services by sending a mail to support@besttechsupportus.com. If you do not receive a confirmation of your request within 24 hrs (business hours) to cancel after sending an email or if you do not receive a confirmation of Service cancellation, you must notify besttechsupportus by sending an email to support@besttechsupportus.com or contacting besttechsupportusCustomer Care by telephone.

Law Forum:

This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed in all aspects by the laws of the United States of America without regard to conflicts of laws, principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Renewal Policy:

You agree and acknowledge that a subscription under Recurring Payment Plan is eligible to get renewed under that plan. If you would like to opt out of the renewal policy at the time of renewal, we request you to kindly contact our customer care number or email us at support@besttechsupportus.com

Indemnification:

You agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend besttechsupportus, its officers, directors, and employees, from and against any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claim that you have violated any term of this Agreement, including, without limitation.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall besttechsupportus be liable to any person for any special, general, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including, without limitation, those resulting from negligent or criminal acts of third parties, loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, or computer hardware damage, in connection with any of the membership services, the besttechsupportus website (including all information, services, and products that are referenced or linked to in the besttechsupportus website), or any other information, documents, products, software’s, downloads, repair services, advice, and information provided by besttechsupportus or any of its third-party product or service providers, whether such person is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund:

You will receive refund or partial refund or any credits for any charges already billed to your account in proportion to the amount of time left in your subscription period. The time left in your account would be calculated to the nearest month left in your service period. For example if you have a 1 year subscription and you chose to cancel the subscription in the third month of service you would receive a refund for the nine months left in your service. A minimum of 25% or $49.99 (whichever is less) would be deducted from each PC subscription at the time of cancellation. There would be no refunds in case of incident-based support if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved. To get a refund we request you to call on besttechsupportus telephone number or email to support@besttechsupportus.com first, rather than contacting your respective bank. This will help us to process your transaction faster.
